Staff policy and process
Each member of our team is a signatory to our internal staff policy charter which contains detailed rules on code of conduct including tax, insider trading and corruption.
We are a signatory to the principles of the UN PRI and see ESG compliance as fully compatible with our investment performance targets as it improves the prospect of a portfolio company obtaining IPO approval or attracting interest from multinational trade buyers. Supporting management teams and boards in improving corporate governance and ESG & tax compliance is always part of our value proposition as an investor.
